摘要
Enzymatic transglycosylation has been successfully implemented by beta-galactosidase (beta-Gal) on PEG brushes. Kinetic parameters validate this kind of chemoenzymatic strategy which is promising for construction of biomimetic surfaces with glycocalyx-like structures.
