摘要
The hot deformation behavior of a nickel-based superalloy processed by spray forming and hot isostastic pressing has been studied by compression tests. It is found that the alloy exhibits an excellent hot-workability compared to its conventionally cast counterpart. Also, the result shows that the higher the strain rate used, the better is the deformability of the material. By using the experimentally available data, the constitutive relationship for describing the hot deformation behavior of the studied alloy is established. (c) 2007 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
