This paper proposes the computer interlocking system software reliability and its design countermeasures. Software reliability research's main purpose is to ensure and improve the software the reliability, therefore, in the study of software reliability must first make clear why the software fault or failure, in this way, can be in the process of software engineering as far as possible to avoid the cause of software failure. The computer interlocking device is the system that can carry out continuous work. In order to meet the requirement of high efficiency and safe operation of railway transportation and rail transit, it must have very high security and reliability. Computer interlocking system security refers to: interlocking equipment in the computer interlocking equipment no matter what circumstances to run, regardless of what happens during the operation of the failure that cannot have any risk factors endanger the train operation. The proposed framework in the paper can deal with the issues well compared with the other models.
