摘要：

Urban water logging caused by rain is one of the most serious urban problems of our country. Taking this opportunity, our country started to explore the construction of sponge city. With the increase of automobile usage, rain problems existing in the traditional outdoor parking lot become more outstanding. For outdoor parking lots' existing bad plant growth, harmful substances pollution, rain erosion, and the increasing urban heat island effect, the paper explores from two aspects of plant configuration and storm water management, and put forward the ecological design method.
