摘要
We build a synthesis evaluation system to select the best college coach for the previous century. In evaluation system, we choose the playing team's score and progress as the indirect indicators of a coach's ability, as well as social concern level and management ability as the direct indicators. While quantifying these indicators, we resolve these indicators into 14 factors. This system can reflect one's coaching capability more comprehensively. In data preprocessing, we solve the default data legitimately and considering the influence of time line horizon, we take the retrieval number multiplied by an exponentially decreasing weight. We choose the TOPSIS method combined with Entropy to build the evaluation model. The Entropy method is an objective weighting method to determine the criteria weight without the effect of subjective factors. The TOPSIS method uses Euclidean distance to calculate the relative closeness to the ideal solution. By this way, we get the football ranking and in model improvement, we also deal with the default data resulting from time line horizon influence.
