On a probabilistic description of small scale structures in 3D fluids

摘要
A vortex structure based on 3-dimensional Brownian motion is introduced. The interaction energy H-xy between different vortex filaments (x + W-t) and (y + Wt) is rigorously defined and proved to be finite. The divergence of H-xy as \x-y\ --> 0 is analyzed and used to prove that the total energy of the vortex structure is finite, under suitable assumptions.
