摘要：

A phase-shifting method and a Savart shearing interferometer using it are introduced. Experimental results conducted to verify the method and interferometer are presented. The results confirm the validity of the method and the validity and applicability of the interferometer. (c) 2006 Society of Photo-Optical Instrumentation Engineers.
