摘要：

The business dimension to engineering, however defined is becoming of increasing importance. It is particularly considered to encompass business organisation, people organisation, law, finance and operational organisation. A detailed and multi-layer approach to the introduction and development of these issues in the context of an engineering group design project is described and shown to have benefit.
