摘要：
Chemikalien, Biozide, Pflanzenschutzmittel oder Pharmazeutika, die Mutationen induzieren, konnen auch ein kanzerogenes Potential besitzen. Die Sicherheitsbewertung dieser Stoffe muss daher Kenntnis uber ihre Mutagenitat liefern. Hierzu wurde ein Genotyp-selektives Testsystem entwickelt.
