UPDATE OF FAIRY TALES IN THE CHILDREN'S BOOK GOOD NIGHT STORIES FOR REBEL GIRL

This paper develops an analytical reading of the children's literature work Good night stories for rebel girls - 100 tales of extraordinary women. The study is based on the dimensions of discourse genres and its three constituent pillars - thematic content, style and compositional structure postulated by Bakhtin, as well as the concept of dialogism present in the statements. We objected to understand how the work uses the wonderful/fairy tale genre to materialize the biography of women and verify the dialogical relationships in this new text format. Because it is a children's book full of illustrations, we also give visibility to the iconic signs as part of the construction of the meaning of the work. Starting from the notion that the subject is constituted discursively and learns, throughout its constitution, to shape the discourse in the form of genre (Bakhtin, 2003) we can think that the work analyzed uses the tradition of the fairy tale, one of the in order to introject through myths new attitudes towards women in the cultural/social dimension of the current context, collaborating to the individual perceive new social voices in circulation in society.
