Thinking of Industrial Engineering-based Virtual Teaching Organization

The author, to solve the mentioned issues, plans to construct a new type of teaching organization (teaching and research section or specialty) based on the core ideas of virtual enterprise. This new type of virtual teaching organization plans to establish a teaching organization (teaching and research section or specialty) by taking the core ideas of virtual enterprise as basis, after the model of virtual enterprise and learning from both the advantages and disadvantages of virtual enterprise. When new specialties offered according to market demand are approved, virtual teaching organization will be put into immediate operation. Partner university supplying needed teaching resources (teachers or appliances), the organization will unfold regular teaching activities. It's unnecessary to worry about resource waste and loss any more when the specialties have to be cancelled due to various accounts.
