摘要
Within the framework of the transverse spin -1/2 Ising model and by using the effective field theory with a probability distribution technique that accounts for the self-spin correlations, we have studied the critical properties of the BaxSr1-xTiO3 system. In particular, we have studied the polarization as function of both the temperature T and the Ba concentration x, the critical temperature T-c(x) as function of x, and also the dielectric susceptibility chi(T,x) for different values of the strength of the applied electric field E.
