摘要
In view of the characteristics of the green carbon expressway evaluation and fuzzy boundary of green carbon expressway evaluation, the paper proposes a green carbon expressway extension cloud evaluation model by taking advantages of the uncertain reasoning of cloud model and quantification of extension theory. Firstly, the evaluation index system is constructed from aspects of integrated operation, energy-environment and maintenance management. Secondly, analytic hierarchy process, entropy method and game theory are the used to solve comprehensive weights of the indexes. Then, Calculating the cloud association degree between matter element that to be assessed and standard cloud matter element model. Finally, an example of green carbon level of expressway was evaluated by using simulation software. The results show that the model can effectively evaluate the level of the green carbon expressway.
