摘要：

This paper analyzes the information demands of different influencing factors to promote enterprise's innovation and development. Relying on the resource, talented personnel and technical advantage of university library, taking sustainable construction of information resources as guarantee, universities resource sharing platform as technological support, this paper constructs trinity information service system that the information resources can be searched by one-stop service, and discusses the implemental policies of this information service system.
