Quality assurance in rubber industry

The quality department members do not always have a good standing in the companies. Their countless devices und useless rules and regulations do nothing but disturbing an industrial process. However sometimes, when the unsatisfied and angry customer will provide us with big complaints, lots of paperwork and cost intensive useless doings, we are glad to have some knowledgeable people, that can jump into the fire. Nearly 30 years experience in the rubber industry with various quality projects convinced Jan Schiemann, that quality assurance may contribute to companie's succes and spends joy nearly every day.
