摘要
In this paper, application of pipe-truss string structure in Guangzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center is introduced firstly, and then, in combination with the testing results of cold-bending pipes, vertical stiffness of this kind of structure is discussed. The results shows that the elastic modulus of cold bending pipe is weakened to some extent, which also caused the reduction of vertical stiffness of Truss-String Structure. Finally, a method is developed to calculate the stiffness of circular steel pipe element with the bending effect.
