Resonant light-controlled self-assembly of ordered nanostructures

摘要
The possibility of light-controllable formation of heterogeneous nanostructures containing resonant metallic and semiconductor nanoparticles is considered. Interaction energy between light-induced dipole polarization of nanoparticles at modest light intensity can be much more than the thermal motion energy. The configuration of self-assembled nanostructure can be controlled by the frequency and polarization of the light. (C) 2012 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
