摘要
Modem war is typical informationization war. Reliability is the important characteristic for IMS. IMS includes C(4)ISR and information weapon systems. This paper makes it a condition that IMS is operated under single information chain mode, respectively analyzes and builds the reliability models of every subsystem, every C(4)ISR in TO, GA and BG and IMS. And this is the groundwork for studying complex IMS reliability.
