摘要
As a product of the era of knowledge economy, Virtual Enterprise (VE) is a kind of advanced production mode of organization to achieve an agile manufacturing, and effective inter-organizational knowledge-sharing is the key success factors of VE. This paper analyses the two major motivations of inter-organizational knowledge-sharing of VE as well as its process. On this basis, it systematically discusses the impact factors on inter-organizational knowledge-sharing. The relevant conclusions have certain reference value to measures formulation of promoting inter-organizational knowledge-sharing in VE.
