摘要：

Development is a permanent subject of the humankind, while sustainable development is one that is related to the survival of a country or even the humankind. China, as a pursuant country, should attach great importance to the coordination between economic development with the environment and social life while we energetically develop our economy. We must take the road of sustainable development. As one of important factors affecting sustainable development, human capital investment has increasingly become a big problem in our social and economic development. Therefore, coordination between human capital investment and economic development is a key to our sustainable development, as well as a shortcut for our country to surpass west developed countries in this century.
