OPPORTUNITIES ON THE RENEWABLE ENERGY MARKET IN THE NON-EU COUNTRIES OF SOUTH EASTERN EUROPE

In the last years the renewable energies, the environmental protection and GHG are considered more and more to be one of the most important issues the humanity has to think about. The EU has put in force a hopefully efficient policy for the energy sector, for environmental protection and for the production and using of renewable energy. The non-EU countries have also set individual goals that resemble to the main orientation of the EU. This paper looks at energy demand, RE resources and financing opportunities in six non-member countries in the South East Europe.
