摘要
Building large-space coordinate measurement networks is an effective method of measurement for major equipment geometry. Due to the uneven distribution of measured points and the variety of the accuracy requirements, the measurement networks should be flexible. This article first researches the relationship between network layout parameters and its accuracy with computer simulation, and puts forward a method of building a flexible network. On the basis of the regular measurement network, it arranges measurement stations according to geometrical position of measured points and their measuring accuracy requirements. The intention is to eventually optimize the layout and number of measurement stations in the whole network under the premise of making each measured points measurable and match accuracy requirements. Simulation results show that this method can build a flexible coordinate measurement network fast and effectively.
