摘要
Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) is one of the most effective technology for diesel NOx emission control. There is an important relation of the performance of Urea-SCR spray equipment and the calibration of SCR system parameter about the Urea-SCR purificatory effect of exhaust gas. The paper researches the calibration of nozzle and control MAP. The result shows that the calibrated MAP be used in control system can reduce availability NOx emission and may reach Euro IV HD and Euro V HD standards in ESC, ETC and vehicle experiment.
