The preparation of macrocyclic dioxopolyamine stationary phase using sol-gel technique and the application in open-tubular capillary electrochromatography for separation anilines compound

摘要
A novel open-tubular capillary electrochromatography column coating 1, 4, 7, 10-tetrazacyclotridecane-11,13-dione (dione[13]ane N-4) was prepared with Sol-gel techniques. The columns prepared were characterized by infrared spectra and evaluated by mixtures containing aniline,phenol and benzylic acid, the results showed that the dione[13]ane N-4 was better bonded inner wall of capillary, and that the reproducibility of column performances and the stability of column stationary phases were satisfying. The highest column efficiency reached 2.7 x 10(5)/m. Under the optimization condition, some groups of anilines compounds were separated successfully.
