摘要
Electron intensity correlation measurement using a newly developed counting technique has contributed to advances in electron microscopy and to an understanding of quantum mechanics New time-resolved electron microscopy based on intensity correlation measurement has been devised and applied to the time-dependent observation of thermal oscillations, which is relevant in the evaluation of the elastic properties of nanoscale materials. The feasibility of observing two-electron interference in intensity correlation is also discussed.
