摘要
The aim of this article is to analize the pre-school teachers' continuing education process, its' role in common continuing educational system and quality evaluation. Continuing education courses for pre-school teachers promotes the enhancement of overall quality of teachers' competences and teaching standards. Continuing education courses should be innovative for pre-school teachers, otherwise the competences will not become improved
