摘要：

In recent years, Chinese politics, economy and culture have developed and improved. But at the same time, the phenomenon of corruption also rapidly grew and spread, it caused strong dissatisfaction. The party and the government pay attention to the importance of anti-corruption. Groups' corruption doesn't achieve the goal of social welfare, has serious impact on the orderly development of politics, economy and destroy the social harmony and stability. The institutional fault and lacking of supervision make the phenomenon seriously, so we need countermeasures to change it.
