摘要
Article presents mathematical model of construction investment evaluation. Criterion, which describe construction investment often are imprecise, especially in predevelopment or development phase. For example, evaluating finishing standard of building, we can term it - high, average or low. Time of investment we can define with approximation. Fuzzy set theory allow precisely described that criterion. Author presents decision support model, which aim is hierarchization of planning variants of investment solution. Hierarchy of solution can help choose variant of investment. To achieve this aim defuzzyfication of analizing solution was accomplished.
