A NEW PILOT DESIGN CRITERION OF CHANNEL ESTIMATION BASED ON COMPRESSIVE SENSING

摘要
In order to improve the channel estimation performance of OFDM based on compressive sensing, the pilot design criterion is studied. The Euclidean distance between the measurement matrix and the identity matrix is used as the definition of mutual coherence of measurement matrix. Then a new pilot design criterion based on the definition above is gotten. Simulation results demonstrate that compared to the traditional criterion and modified criterion based threshold in reference, the new design criterion can save 7dB and 3 dB of SNR at same 0.02 of BER.
