摘要
We prepared Nd3+/Pr3+/Yb3+ tri-doped phosphate glass by high-temperature melting method. The glass can efficiently transfer the sunlight into the near-infrared luminescence (similar to 1000 nm). Which can be applied to the spectrum converter of the solar battery of crystalline silicon. It is hopeful for improving the efficiency of solar battery. (C) 2017 Elsevier GmbH. All rights reserved.
