摘要
This paper presents a method for global reliability of three-state systems such as water supply network, oil supply network, etc. The method uses the concept of spanning trees and the usual disjoint technique to obtain the global reliability of three-state systems. The method is simple and can be processed by a computer. An example illustrates the method.
