摘要：

With this paper we aim to contest to some opinions about the conquest of Hispania by Muslims in the 7th century which some authors pretend to spread. After referring to the importance of Isidore of Seville and his work (530-636), who is ignored by those authors, we explain Ignacio Olague's (1969) and Emilio Gonzalez Ferrin's (2006) thesis and we reply to both, especially to the second one. We finish our paper with some considerations about jihad and the composition of the Koran.
