摘要：

In this study the characteristics of the skyshine gamma-ray field were investigated by using the EGS4 Monte Carlo code. The accuracy of the SKYSHINE-III code for routine evaluation was studied by a comparison of the results with those of the EGS4 calculations. The spectra of the skyshine gamma rays obtained from the EGS4 calculations were used to evaluated the accuracy of the measurement resulted from the high pressure ion chambers (HPIC) routinely used for radiation monitoring at the site boundary of the radwaste storage facilities.
