An Empirical Study on the Causality of House Price and Land Price in Tianjin

摘要
In recent years, as important part of our domestic economy, real estate has grown dramatically and the boom of house price causes the attention of the society. This article selects 44 sets of house price indexes and land price indexes of Tianjin from the first quarter of 1999 to the fourth quarter of 2010 and conducts granger casualty test on them. And the result comes out to be that, in short term, Tianjin' shouse price interacts with land price,but in long term their influence is weak. At last,to reduce house price,this article proposes to collect property tax and make the marketization of land use right deeply.
