摘要：

In today's rapidly evolving world, business model innovation has become an effective way to get competitive advantage. Based on analyzing the innovation opportunities, innovation risks, innovation patterns, value logic design and business process modeling, this paper establishes a framework of business model innovation design, and illustrates our framework using a case study.
