摘要：

O,O'-Dialkyl and alkylene dithiophosphoric acids react with bis(cyclopentadienyl)zirconium(IV) chloride hydride in a 1:1 molar ratio in refluxing benzene to yield Cp2HZrS2P(OR)(2) and Cp(2)HZS(2) (sic) (where R = Et, Pr-n, Pr-i, Bu- and Ph; G = -CH2CMe2CH2-, -CH2CEt2CH2- and -CMe2CMe2-). The complexes are pale yellow solids, soluble in common organic solvents and monomeric in nature. These compounds have been characterized by elemental analyses as well as spectroscopic methods (IR, H-1, C-13 and P-31 NMR). Anti-bacterial action of these complexes has been evaluated against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. The activity has been detected by the disc diffusion method.
