摘要
Combined with characteristics of emergency logistics and particularity of Yangtze Chemical Industrial Park, the model of emergency logistics operation at Jiangsu New North Industrial Park was studied. In order to reduce the disposal cost of unexpected events, the model of emergency logistics operation at Yangtze Industrial Park is introduced based on the problems of emergency logistics operation. The work of Yangtze Industrial Park emergency logistics operation at the states of peacetime and emergency was unfolded. At the former state, the mechanism is constructed and emergency materials are dynamically reserved to make full preparation for emergency. When it is right in the state of emergency, the affected areas are divided into different levels, and the materials are dispatched in line with the levels, so as to play the maximum effect by using the minimum materials in the light of effect-cost. The model will improve the ability of emergency logistics operation, achieving the self-perfection of the emergency management. (C) 2012 Published by Elsevier Ltd.
