A Study of the Public Emergency Knowledge Training from Social Management Perspective

At present, Chinese society is in a critical period of accelerating the transformation of economic development mode. Various social contradictions highlights and all kinds of unexpected events occur frequently, which make emergency management situation more and more difficult. Promoting social management innovation, strengthening emergency management, continuously improving prevention monitoring and emergency response capabilities have become an important and urgent task facing all levels of government. This article introduces the basic situation of The Third Hundred People & Hundred Speeches program which is about a period of 5 days of 7 field of emergency knowledge propaganda activity in four counties in Huizhou, Guangdong. The paper summarizes some aspects of the current emergency knowledge propaganda activity, such as the background, overall situation, Seven main features and so on, in order to make readers know a side of China for the public to carry out emergency knowledge propaganda activity through this analysis for public emergency knowledge preach cases of practical activities which can make contribution to such activities in the future of in-depth.
