摘要
Evalution of various facade constructions with regard to environmental impact and life cycle assessment LCA and office building case study. The paper discusses the extension of the energy performance certificate through an economic and ecological assessment. The prototypical Excel-Tool is called Energy Performance Certificate Plus. Based on an example of a reference building the different effects in the life cycle of each studied facade construction is shown. The results of the six different facade types are discussed. In an early phase of planning a building it is possible to estimate aspects of energy as well as ecological and economical influences.
