摘要：
For effectively implementing the organization and management of large-scale sport events, and carrying out the project management's important role, we have integrated the use of science, management science, information technology, and have designed a management information system in large-scale sport events based on project management. This paper discusses the system's functional requirements, framework, functional structure, and other major issues.
