Calcium and Lanthanum Modified Lead Titanate Ferroelectric Ceramics by Semi-Chemical Route

摘要
Lead lanthanum titanate (Pb(0.9)La(0.1)TiO(3)) and lead calcium litanate (Pb(0.9)Ca(0.1)TiO(3)) ferroelectric ceramics were prepared by semi-chemical route. Both the materials were calcined at 600 degrees C for pure perovskite phase formation. Grain size similar to 1 and 0.5 mu m were observed for PCT 90/10 and PLT 90/10 ceramics, respectively. Room temperature value of epsilon(tau) and tan delta at 10 kHz in PLT 90/10 material were found to be 835 and 0.035.
