摘要
Based on the concept of polymeric polymorphous-crystalloid (polymeric-polymorphoid) structure of glass and glassforming liquid of individual chemical substances the structure of liquid and vitreous H2O has been considered. Experimental data are presented and a number of arguments are suggested which point out that vitreous and liquid water are constructed from structural fragments of crystalline polymorphous modifications (crystalloids or polymorphoids) of H2O: ice I, ice II and ice III. Polymorphoids have no long-range order and have an individual intermediate-range order inherent to these polymorphous modifications.
