摘要
The objective of the present study was to observe the growth inhibition of Euphorbia extract on breast cancer cell line MCF-7 and to explore its possible mechanism. Methods: MTT assay the growth inhibition rate of Euphorbia extract on breast cancer cell line MCF-7, experimental observation Euphorbia extract on breast cancer cell line MCF-7 survival by colony formation test. Flow cytometry was used to detect the changes of Stellera chamaejasme extract liquid after tumor cell cycle. Results: Euphorbia extract on breast cancer cell line MCF-7 significantly inhibited the growth, flow cytometry PI staining was measured Euphorbia extract can improve MCF-7 G2/M phase cell number. Conclusion: Euphorbia extract can be achieved by changing the cell cycle of breast cancer cell line MCF-7 and growth inhibition.
