It's an effective way for equipment supplier to evaluate the quality based on historical defect data. Under this background, this paper makes the data analysis as the core mean, the objective and comprehensive analysis as the core idea, compile and analyze the historical defect data for a period of time in Sichuan province. In the end, it puts forward a quality grade evaluation scheme and preliminary results, analyzes the scheme of reference value, provides a reference study for Life evaluation, and fault early warning of smart grid devices.
