摘要：
A 14-year-old girl underwent a Tc-99m MDP bone scan to evaluate multiple fractures. The images showed not only expected increased activity at the fracture sites of lower extremities but also intense activity in both sides of the maxilla and mandible. Microscopic examination of the mandible was consistent with a diagnosis of gigantiform cementoma.
