摘要：

Energy security is an important factor that affect development of economy in our country. So, China has faced a great challenge on energy security. Firstly, this paper defined the energy security from three aspects. Secondly, it analyzed the factors that affected energy security in China. Finally, the scientific index system of energy security were established in order to using for reference to macro-management of energy security in China.
