摘要
Applying old rationale, content, and processes from traditional professional development in today's technology-enhanced teaching and learning environments can be problematic. This paper reviews new forms of professional development that emerge from the digitally connected environments with the intention to inspire reflective thoughts about effective, quality teacher professional development by the key indicators, and characteristics discussed in the literature. The reflection on emerging approaches to professional learning may also inspire a conversation about future pedagogical changes and innovations.
