摘要
The purpose of this paper is to identify the determinants contributing to the corporate performance of Tunisian industrial companies. A literature review has identified various determinants of the corporate performance. A quantitative study was carried out by administering a questionnaire with 60 companies. The results obtained by using factor and discriminant analysis revealed that the performance of the companies studied was dependent on some determinants namely customer integration, managerial skills of leader, responsiveness, culture based on creativity, adaptability and flexibility, culture based on superiority in the market, citizenship and valuation/know-how optimization.
