摘要
Owing to the high-electrical resistivity and low loss, NiZn ferrites have been one of the most widely used soft magnetic materials for high-frequency applications. The low La-doped Ni0.5Zn0.4Cu0.1Fe2-xLaO3 (x= 0 similar to 0.05) nanocrystalline ferrite films were synthesized through nitrate-citrate sol-gel method. The influence of La3+ content on the nanocrystalline microstructure, magnetic and electrical properties of these ferrite films were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Vibrating Sample Magnetometer (VSM) and Precision Impedance Analyzer, respectively. The results show that with the increase of La3+ content, saturation magnetization M-s and coercivity H-c of the ferrites decrease gradually. Furthermore, the frequency dependence of the real part of permeability (mu), useable frequency as a function of the La3+ content of the toroidal specimens was investigated. For the La-doped samples, owing to magnetic dilution and impurity phases, the real part of permeability mu' of the toroidal specimens increased firstly, followed by decreasing.
