摘要
There is s strong interest of using the cheap, and simple Ethernet technology for industrial network. However, Ethernet used CSMA/CD to deal with the competition between MAC communication layers, which cannot ensure the data transmission determination and real-time reliability. In order to enhance the data transmission determination and real-time reliability in industrial Ethernet, this paper discusses the problems of real-time data communication, analyzes the reason why the problem appears and existing solutions. The improvement in the paper is put forward on solving the indeterminacy of real-time communication. Finally, the application results show that the improvement system has great performance of the real-time data communication in industrial locale, such as low product development costs, easy integration and practicability.
